I believe that all children and families deserve a good night sleep. In my quest to find the answer to our own childrens problems with sleep I found the Sleep Sense Program.
This program was created out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn.
Central to my approach is the fundamental belief that infants, toddlers and children of whatever age need to be learn the skills to sleep well. We all have our way of going to sleep and some babies and children find this harder than others. I am here to work with children to make that process easier, giving them the skills to go to sleep and sleep through the night.
